Breathe Through Transition

Your breath is the bridge between the life you left behind and the one you're building. Learn to use it.

What is breathwork?

Transformational Breathing (Judith Kravitz) is a connected breath technique. It uses conscious, rhythmic breathing to help your body release physical tension, clear mental blocks, and regulate emotional stress, especially the kind that builds from work overload, the pressure to prove yourself, and the exhaustion of managing expectations.

Unlike talk therapy, breathwork works directly with your nervous system. It helps you access and release what words can’t always reach.

No experience needed. Just an open mind and a willingness to breathe.

During a session, you may experience

  •   Deep emotional release and relief
  •   A sense of coming home to your body
  •   Reduced anxiety and mental chatter
  •   Physical tingling, warmth, or lightness
  •   Clarity and a feeling of inner spaciousness

Why breathwork for expats?

Living abroad puts unique stress on your body and mind. Breathwork meets you where words fall short.

Work Overload

Your to-do list is endless, and the pressure to perform is relentless.

Prove Less, Live More

You don’t need to constantly demonstrate your competence. Breathe through the need to prove, and find your worth within.

Burnout

The weight of expectations (from others and yourself) has left you exhausted.

Process Homesickness

Missing home isn’t just mental. It lives in your chest, your shoulders, your gut. Breathe through it, not around it.

Calm the Overthinking

Decision fatigue, language struggles, constant adapting; your nervous system needs a reset. This is it.

Reconnect With Yourself

When you’ve been performing to fit in, breathwork brings you back to who you really are.

3-Step Process

1

Step 1: Awareness & Release

2

Step 2: Voice & Movement

3

Step 3: Integration & Clarity

1. Find your breath rhythm. We start by guiding you to deepen your breathing, allowing suppressed emotions or tension to surface and release. This can bring up physical sensations (tingling, warmth) or emotional responses; all are welcome.

2. Express what words can’t. After opening the breath, you’re invited to use your voice (sighs, sounds) and movement to release what’s stuck. This helps your body shake off tension and let energy flow again.

3. Restore balance. We end with deep relaxation (music/silence) to help your body and nervous system integrate the experience. You’ll receive a recording to continue the practice at home.

What Clients say?

After a year spent away from the labor market, I noticed I was only applying to underqualified jobs when it was time to come back to it because my self-esteem was low. During that time, I also felt lost and, therefore, let people decide for me rather than choosing myself because I could neither set up my goals nor fight to achieve them. Thanks to the coaching I followed with Mymza, I quit a job that did not fulfill me and managed to get a new one meeting all my requirements! Now I'm also applying her advice to pursue some old dreams I kept on postponing for years. I will start a new degree besides my job in a subject I have always wanted to learn, and I'm starting to set up the milestones towards a life project I also kept on postponing for years!

Mymza taught me some very helpful tools, and in this way, I managed to improve myself and organize my life and reach my goals. I improved myself on clarity, confidence, and focus, but I also learned how to be in love with my mistakes.

Mymza has been an incredible support during some of the most challenging moments in my life. When my brother passed away, I felt lost and deeply depressed. Mymza became a guiding light, helping me see things in a more positive way. Through her thoughtful questions and, most importantly, her ability to truly listen to my feelings, she helped me understand that life goes on and reminded me of all I still have to give to my loved ones. I am deeply grateful for her support during the darkest period of my life. Now, she continues to provide feedback on everyday matters, and her coaching helps me gain clarity on things that would be much harder to navigate without her encouragement and care.

Mymza was receptive and appreciative of my values and faith, encouraging me to incorporate them to face my challenges. That was a game-changer! Mymza is adept at guiding me to reflect, identify, and correct my patterns at the right moment and helped me sharpen my process toward my goals. I highly recommend Mymza to anyone, especially expats who have moved to a different culture and are building various aspects of their lives. Mymza understood me and my situation well, and I am confident she can do the same for you.
